Phinney is a Consultant who advises both institutional and private clients on investment policy, strategic and tactical asset allocation, optimal investment structure, and manager selection. He monitors and evaluates performance of the total fund, asset allocation, and investment managers. Before joining ACG, Phinney was a Principal at Mercer working with numerous institutional clients and was responsible for investment planning, asset allocation modeling, manager research and investment selection. Phinney received his BA degree in Finance and an MBA from the University of Missouri. He is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Society of St. Lou
