Phil brings over 25 years of financial services experience to managing diversified investment portfolios for high net worth and institutional clients. Prior to launching RMR, Phil held several senior level positions where he was responsible for all aspects of investment management, portfolio advisory, brokerage and trading execution services. Phil co-founded, built and sold Mercer Partners, Inc., an online based investment banking and brokerage boutique, where he evaluated and sourced proprietary capital opportunities on behalf of the firm and its clients. Phil began his career at Bear, Stearns & Co.
