Mr. Dreyfuss joined us in 2011, and is a Partner of the firm in the Arbitrage group. Previously, Mr. Dreyfuss was an associate at Bain Capital Partners where he was responsible for evaluating and executing private equity investments in a variety of sectors. Prior to Bain Capital, Mr. Dreyfuss was a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group where he focused on the healthcare industry. Mr. Dreyfuss graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College where he received an A.M. in Chemistry and an A.B. in Chemistry and Physics, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Dreyfuss received an M.B.A. with high distinction from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
