Stone was previously Chief Investment Officer of Driven Capital Management, a family office, managing a global portfolio of equities, fixed income, real estate and private equity holdings. The core of this portfolio was the long/short financial sector strategy upon which Fourthstone was founded. Stone was previously at The Observatory, a family office, and, prior to that, was a bank equities analyst at a long/short financial sector hedge fund and a credit analyst at Mercantile Bank & Trust.
