Peter Richards joined Boothbay in May 2021 as a Director of Investments. In his role, he is involved in manager research, capital allocation, co-investments and risk management processes for the firm with a focus on cross asset arbitrage and relative value strategies. Prior to joining Boothbay, from 2015 to 2021, Mr. Richards served as an Associate Director in Portfolio Management at PAAMCO Prisma, where he focused on the sourcing, evaluating, monitoring and managing of cross asset relative value hedge fund investments, with an emphasis on emerging managers and customized separately managed accounts.
