Mr. O’Rourke is General Counsel for Mariner and a member of the Firm’s Management Committee. Formerly, Mr. O’Rourke was a partner at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel, LLP, where he focused on asset management companies, especially registered and unregistered advisers of alternative investment products. He also has extensive experience in financial services regulation, investment company law, mutual funds, and investment partnerships. Mr. O’Rourke is admitted to the Bar in New York and New Jersey.
