Peter is a Senior Consultant and Real Estate Specialist at AndCo. His responsibilities include coordinating consulting initiatives, optimizing investment portfolios, preparing investment manager due diligence and developing investment policy guidelines. Peter’s practice includes Public Plans and Taft-Hartley defined benefit and defined contribution plans as well as endowment and foundation relationships located throughout the central part of the country. Peter also serves as a real estate specialist providing strategic advice and consulting services for new allocations and existing real estate portfolios.
