Prior to joining the firm, Peter was a Partner at Meridian Capital Partners where he managed the firm’s legal and compliance team and served as head of investor relations and business development. Prior to spending over a decade at Meridian, Peter worked as an Associate General Counsel for The Ayco Company, a financial services firm that provides wealth management services to corporate executives and employees.
