Pep manages and has full oversight of the firm’s day-to-day administrative operations. He witnessed the opening of our first account with trepidation and excitement, then last year, with great satisfaction, saw the business surpass the benchmark of managing eight billion dollars of client funds, confirming our positive expectations for the future. Pep began his 20-plus year career in the financial services industry as an advisor, before making the change to running wealth management businesses for Solomon Smith Barney and then UBS. Outside of his family, his greatest pride is the success he has enjoyed with his partners in building Escala.
