Paula Heinzl is UPP’s Managing Director, Investment Finance and Operations, responsible for the Investment Finance operational capabilities including custody arrangements, day to day portfolio oversight, portfolio performance and analytics and consolidated portfolio reporting. She is also responsible for developing policies, processes and controls to record, measure and monitor the investments under management. Paula most recently worked at International Fund Services, a division of State Street Alternative Investment Solutions which provides fund accounting and administration to hedge funds and fund of hedge funds. Paula led the launch of this division in Toronto, growing it to over 80 staf
