Paul manages Edgemoor’s income strategy, heads its trading operations, and is a member of the Investment Selection Committee. Paul is also the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer and serves as co-manager of Edgemoor's equity mutual fund. Before joining Edgemoor in 2002, he practiced law for five years with the federal government. Paul serves as a Trustee of the Brookmont Community Church. He previously served as Treasurer of the Glen Echo Fire Department Foundation and Conduit Road Fire Board. He holds a JD, with Honors, from the Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in Government, with Honors and Distinction in All Subjects, from Cornell University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa
