For the previous 23 years I was an Independent Management Consultant and Professional Interim Manager, specialising in improving financial management and helping to solve business problems. I have enjoyed working across private, public and third sectors, generally at board level. I help organisations through periods of significant change and provide leadership where there is uncertainty.
