Paul T. Fullerton attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri, graduating in the top ten percent of his class. While in law school, he earned the Honor Scholar award, was granted membership in the Order of the Coif, and served as associate editor of the Washington University Law Review. After graduation, he practiced law for seven years with a major law firm in Kansas City, Missouri, specializing in commercial bankruptcy and real estate finance law.
