During the past 35 years as a financial planner, Paul has evolved from apprentice to planner, to a professional leader who believes that financial planning is a life-changing service. In 2022, Paul stepped out of firm ownership but he continues to serve APC as a financial planner and a staff mentor. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee (B.S.) and has a master’s degree from Ohio University (M.S.A.). Paul earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 1990.
