Paul Brown is a Director of Investments for John Deere responsible for defined benefit pension fund and 401(k) management. Paul oversees global public equity, private equity, private real estate, commodity, and hedge fund investments. Prior to joining the Pension & Investments department, Paul has held several roles at Deere. As the Asset-Liability Manager for the Deere Treasury he developed funding strategies to manage enterprise interest rate and liquidity risk. Paul worked in Luxembourg as the Risk Manager for John Deere Bank S.A. He began his career developing credit risk models for John Deere Financial’s equipment lending portfolios in 2002.
