Patrick is a partner and joined the firm in 2004. Previously, he was an associate with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP (New York, NY) in the tax department. He received a J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law and a B.A. from Colgate University, graduating with high honors. Patrick serves as a volunteer advisor to the Endowment Management and Finance Committee of Colgate University. He is also a board member of MAMA! Foundation for the Arts.
