Oscar is a team lead of software development within Adams Street’s Information Technology Team, overseeing a group of developers in the creation and maintenance of key applications. Before joining Adams Street, he was the Engineering Team Lead at Arroweye Solutions and led a team of developers in backend software, database, and reporting. Prior to that role, he was a Senior Software Engineer at Infinium Capital Management / V3 Markets, and a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation.
