Prior to joining Ingleside, Ona was the Chief Operating Officer for Emerson Capital, a long/short hedge fund, the Director of Operations for CAIS, a hedge fund platform, a Controller for 3G Capital, a family office, and a fund accountant for Hartz Trading, another family office. She started her career at State Street Global Advisors as a fund accountant. Ona received a BA in Economics from Smith College.
