Dr. Burkhardt joined the Westminster Financial Board of Directors in 1998. He attended Cleveland State University where he received his B.S in Education and an M.S. in School Counseling. From there he continued his education and received a doctorate in School Administration from the University of Akron. He started his career in education in 1974 and has continued since. He currently holds a faculty position at the University of Dayton in the Department of Educational Leadership. He also works for NEOLA, which helps Columbus, Cincinnati and Dayton school districts develop policies, procedures, and guidelines for their schools.
