Nicole Wubbena is a senior vice president and U.S. equity investment consultant in Callan’s Global Manager Research group. Nicole drives the U.S. market research, identifies emerging themes within the asset class, and collaborates with Callan’s Capital Markets Research team on manager structure best practices. She is also involved in mentoring and training new hires. As an investment consultant, she is responsible for research and analysis of U.S. equity investment managers, and assists plan sponsor clients with U.S. equity manager searches. She regularly meets with investment managers to develop an understanding of their strategies, products, investment policies and organizational struct
