Nicole graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut in 2003, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and received a Master in Business Administration from Dowling College in 2010. Nicole joined DCLA® in 2005 as an Associate in the Finance and Billing department. In 2007, she became Assistant Director of Compliance and attained the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) designation in November 2013. Nicole was named the Chief Compliance Officer and became a partner of the firm in 2016.
