Michael Rollings is chief financial officer and managing director of Vanguard's Finance division, which is responsible for corporate financial services, fund financial services, internal audit, and real estate and facilities management. Mike joined Vanguard in June 2016 and was previously executive vice president and CFO of MassMutual Financial Group. Before that he led MassMutual's Capital Markets division. Mike holds a B.S. in business administration from Georgetown University and a postgraduate degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
