Mike Petras joined the Townsend Group in 2009 and is currently a Vice President. His responsibilities include strategic planning, portfolio structuring, performance analytics, and quarterly portfolio performance reviews for discretionary clients. Previously, Mr. Petras managed Townsend’s fund level database and was responsible for the NCREIF/Townsend indices report. Prior to joining Townsend, Mr. Petras worked in Key Bank’s Corporate Real Estate department where he was responsible for lease administration on a portfolio of over 200 properties.
