In 2003 Mike set up Alpheus Capital together with Christo Leventis having been advising precursor entities to Alpheus Capital since the early 1990s. Prior to this he was with the M&A team at Bank of America (formerly NationsBank Investment Banking Group). Mike is a co-founder of Frontier Capital, Charlotte, NC, USA and former Director of Kudos IFS Ltd, Aberdeen, Scotland. Mike currently holds a number of directorships in a variety of companies and sits on the Advisory Committee of a number of private equity firms throughout the Alpheus Capital geographic footprint. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (CA) and has a degree in Law (LLB) from the Uni
