Michelle began working for Northern Capital Management in 1997 and has been actively involved with each aspect of the firm’s operations since. As CEO, she focuses on setting strategic priorities and enhancing the service offering available to clients. She is also responsible for the firm’s Compliance Program, including creation of policies and procedures, ongoing monitoring and testing, as well as training and education for employees. As a member of Senior Management, she coordinates team efforts to accomplish corporate goals and provides guidance on all compliance and regulatory issues.
