Michelle's passion for a more just and equitable Chicago led her to her current role as President of Woods Fund Chicago, a foundation which centered racial equity in their grantmaking over 10 years ago. Woods Fund funds community organizing and public policy advocacy, impacting the systems that have created the inequities that exist in Chicago.
