Michelle has been a member of the Telemus team since 2015. As a Member Experience Associate, Michelle supports all activities related to delivering an enriching experience to Telemus members. Her years of experience in customer service across a variety of industries contribute to her ability to complete just about any activity or project that needs additional support. When she’s not cheering on her Alma Mater, Grand Valley State University, Michelle loves to be outdoors kayaking, paddleboarding, and hiking. She also enjoys spending time up north with her family and her two family dogs, Saylor and Sadie.
