Michael Tsada is Managing Director, Fundamental Equity at IMCO. His focus is on identifying and pursuing high-conviction and high-engagement opportunities including negotiated transactions for meaningful equity stakes in public and pre-public companies. Prior to joining IMCO in 2021, Michael was a Principal in CPP Investment’s Relationship Investments group. He was responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing strategic investments of $100 million to more than $1 billion in public and pre-public companies.
