Michael has been engaged in the financial services industry for over thirty years. After a brief career teaching Humanities, Michael entered the business world in sales and marketing in Kansas City for companies that included Business Men’s Assurance Corporation and Universal Underwriters. In 1991, he focused his career almost exclusively on wealth accumulation for retirement with an emphasis on qualified and non-qualified planning. In 1996, Michael co-founded The Resource Group, LLC. The partners and associates of The Resource Group grew the company to be one of the largest employee benefit practices in the Kansas City area.
