He has been instrumental in developing and delivering the firm’s wealth management and family office services. Michael is a CPA and holds the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation. Michael has been advising clients on their concentrated stock holdings, RSUs, and stock options (ISOs & NQSOs) since the mid-90s. He has written and presented guidance on the tax treatment of stock options for the employees of private and public companies throughout Silicon Valley.
