Michael Schwartz is a public and private market investor who spent the bulk of his career in the hedge fund industry. He spent over a decade at Taconic Capital Advisors LP, a multi-billion-dollar event-driven hedge fund, where he was a Partner and Portfolio Manager, overseeing the event-driven equities portfolio. Michael began his career as an attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and securities law. Michael received his AB, summa cum laude, from Harvard College and JD from Yale Law School.
