For over twenty years, Mike served as the President of Private Wealth Management – Baird’s largest business unit – growing the business from 775 advisors to more than 1,300 advisors. In 2022, Mike assumed the role of Chairman of Private Wealth Management, primarily focusing on strategic growth opportunities, recruitment, and talent development.
