Michael focuses on investment research and leads the due diligence process across the traditional and alternative investment platform covering public and private fund managers, real estate and private equity operators, independent sponsors and directly placed investments. Prior to joining Freestone, for over a decade, he served as a Director for Coast Asset Management’s multi-manager vehicles. Prior to joining Coast Asset, Michael was an equity options market maker on the Pacific Exchange in San Francisco.
