Michael Putignano joined the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation in November 2021 as an Investment Analyst. Prior to joining the Foundation, Michael was an Associate at Cliffwater, an institutional investment consultant and asset manager providing advisory services to pension funds, endowments, and foundations, where he focused on private equity and venture capital. During this time, Michael worked on sourcing investment opportunities, manager due diligence, and investment monitoring. Before joining Cliffwater, Michael worked at Millennium Management as an Operations Analyst.
