Michael Peterson joined our company in June 2018 as General Counsel. Prior to joining SEI, Mike served briefly as a partner in the Global Corporate Group at Reed Smith, where he advised public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing transactions, and obligations under and compliant with securities laws. Prior to Reed Smith, Mike spent more than 20 years at Morgan Lewis, leading the Corporate and Transactions Group in Philadelphia as a partner. Mike received his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in European history from the University of Pennsylvania.
