Michael Ning is Chairman, President, and CEO of Arque Capital, Ltd. From 2005 – 2010, Mr. Ning controlled and ran a private equity fund, which purchased and operated broker dealers in Japan. From 2000 – 2005, Mr. Ning served as a senior advisor to Wedbush Morgan Securities where he founded and led their wealth management and corporate executive services departments. From 1998 – 2000, Mr. Ning was responsible for the placement of $300 Million into various international M&A deals in Asia and Latin America as an independent investment banker. Notable deals included the William E. Simon and Son’s placement of funds towards the development of a 2,400 acre resort in Costa Rica and the manag
