Michael is a Senior Vice President in Investment Research at Evoke Advisors. He began his career as an Investment Associate at Bridgewater Associates, researching equities strategies and leading a team to advise large institutions on asset allocation and investment strategy. Prior to joining Evoke, Michael led investment research and development efforts at True Signal, an alternative-data hedge fund, and then at Wealthsimple, the leading Canadian digital investment advisor. Michael previously practiced law as a litigator at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, after clerking for Judge Danny Boggs on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Michael graduated Yale magna c
