Michael F. Jackson is the founder of SFG Asset Advisors. Mr. Jackson has forty years of experience as a portfolio manager, analyst and investor in multiple industries and markets. Prior to SFG, Mr. Jackson was the founder and Chairman of Emerging Growth Management, one of the first and most successful hedge fund management companies on the West Coast. At EGM, Mr. Jackson started the firm’s first hedge fund in 1986 and in subsequent years founded two other hedge funds, a convertible bond fund and a fund of funds.
