Mr. Klein is a Managing Director, Co-President and Chief Risk Officer of Aetos. Prior to co-founding Aetos in 2001, Mr. Klein was a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and was President and a Director of the Morgan Stanley Institutional Open and Closed-End Funds. Mr. Klein joined Morgan Stanley in 1995 and was involved in both the firm’s institutional asset management and retail funds businesses. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he practiced law at the international law firm of Rogers & Wells in New York. Mr. Klein is a magna cum laude graduate of Colgate University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and received a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, where he graduated
