Mr. Dechert joined us in 2014, and is a Managing Director in the Equities group. Previously, Mr. Dechert worked as a private equity associate at Hellman & Friedman and as an investment banking analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Dechert graduated summa cum laude from Duke University where he received a B.S. in Economics with High Distinction, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
