Mr. Davis began his financial services career in 1979 earning his bachelors degrees from Purdue University in Finance and Industrial Relations. Upon graduation he joined the securities division of Northern Trust Bank in Chicago, Illinois. There he was responsible for handling new accounts, research and development and investment planning for clients with special needs. In the early 1980’s he left Northern Trust Bank to become general manager and later regional financial officer for Diversifoods Inc. During those next several years Mr. Davis was instrumental in setting up innovative accounting systems and new controls. He also was involved in business insurance and risk management. He settled
