Michael is the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for all compliance matters including regulatory liaison. He also serves as the Controller where he is responsible for the firm’s accounting and benefits administration. Michael, excited about the company’s culture, joined Grimes & Company in 2014 after holding various roles in financial services since 1993. He is a graduate of Suffolk University with a BS and Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Outside of work he enjoys spending time attending his kids’ activities and sporting events.
