Michael joins UNICEF USA after 10 years at Becton Dickinson & Co., where he progressed through various senior leadership roles, with the most recent being SVP Finance - Integration Management Office. In this role, Michael was responsible for the successful integrations and delivery of the deal financial commitments of two transformative acquisitions BD undertook. Additionally, he was responsible for the integration of the Finance function from the two acquisitions into BD’s Finance organization and its corresponding transformation.
