Mr. Shah, Head of European Private Equity, leads EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) private equity investments across primary funds, co-investments and secondary fund purchases. He is located in the London office and manages deal sourcing, due diligence, and relationship management. Prior to joining GCM Grosvenor, Mr. Shah was an Investment Banking Associate at Banc of America Securities, where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments, leveraged buyouts, capital raising, and potential transactions, primarily in media and telecom industries.
