Matt received a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Business Administration from the University of Washington in 1992. After graduation, he worked as a certified public accountant for Ernst & Young LLP. Matt attended Columbia University Graduate School of Business where he received a Master of Business Administration in 1997, and was on the Dean's Honor list. After an eight-year career as an equity research analyst for Salomon Brothers/Smith Barney/Citigroup where he had research responsibilities in areas such financial services and technology, he joined DCLA® in 2005. Matt holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, is a Chartered Investment Counselor, and is a member of
