Matt Siclari is BAM’s General Counsel and a member of BAM’s Management Committee. In his role as General Counsel, Matt has primary responsibility for BAM’s global legal and compliance organizations. In that capacity, Matt focuses his time on developing a robust legal and compliance infrastructure across the BAM organization globally. Prior to becoming General Counsel, Matt held various positions within BAM’s legal and compliance department including General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Deputy CCO and Associate General Counsel.
