Matt Pemberton is a Principal of the firm and a BBH Capital Partners (BBHCP) Co-Manager and Executive Committee member. He focuses on BBHCP investing activities, including sourcing, investment evaluation, transaction execution, and providing post-investment value-added oversight to portfolio companies. Matt is a member of the Executive and Investment Committees of BBHCP. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Matt worked at Kinderhook Industries, where he was involved in all aspects of the private equity investment process, focusing on the consumer, environmental, healthcare, and industrials spaces. Prior to Kinderhook, he was at Bain & Co., working primarily with the M&A and private equity prac
