Matthew Nicholls is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Franklin Resources, Inc. He is responsible for the firm's global Finance, Operations & Technology (O&T), Corporate Development, M&A, Risk, Human Resources, Real Estate, Communications and Investor Relations functions.
