Since beginning at Compass Ion in 2006, Matt has been responsible for protecting and expanding our mission, team and at large cultural impact. His long term demonstration to understand and help solve the complex issues our clients face has transformed how we do what we do as a firm. Matt has a Business Administration, B.S. from Eastern University, a Series 65 Investment Advisory and Series 7 Registered Representative License. His previous career experience consisted of dual, leader-practitioner positions at SEI, Merrill Lynch and Young Life.
