Matthew joined the firm from the First National Bank of Alaska Trust Department. His passion is fiduciary Wealth Management and Permanent Fund building. Matthew has a JD from Willamette University, is a member of the Oregon bar and is Series 65 licensed. He started managing portfolios professionally in 1996 and has 22 years of experience in wealth management; the last eight of those years serving institutional clients and bank side-wealth transfer events for high-net-worth business owners. During his career, Matthew has worked for three firms in the top 40, ranked by fiduciary assets under management.
